FBE Coating adopts special fusion bonded epoxy powder coating as film-forming material. This epoxy powder coating is a thermo setting coating, which is made of solid epoxy resin, curing agent and various additives through mixing and crushing. Before painting, the steel pipe shall be shot blasted and perheated by medium frequency, and then the epoxy powder coating shall be sprayed on the heated steel pipe surface by electrostatic spraying method. It shall be fused and bonded on the steel pipe surface and solidified to form a coating. FNE Coating is generally a one-time film-forming structure with a film thickness of 300-500μ m(above 12 mil).

Processing process:
1. Clean the steel pipe thoroughly to remove dirt, oil or other debris.
2. Apply a layer of epoxy primer to the pipe.
3. The FBE coating is applied using a special process called electrostatic spray deposition.
4. Heat it to high temperature to solidify and harden.
