Processing process:

 1. Clean the surface of the longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe to remove oil, rust, dust and other contaminants. Next, the surface is preheated to a specified temperature to ensure optimal coating adhesion. A primer is then applied to promote adhesion between the pipe and the 3PE coating.

 4. The final outer layer of the 3PE coating is a layer of high-density polyethylene. The purpose of the final layer is to provide an additional physical barrier against mechanical damage that may occur during handling, transportation and installation.
